up sometime last week. we are aware of two attacks. the one involving a 10-year-old and his puppy are especially brutal. >> the photos of the puppies are hard to look at. when the pit bulls and grabbed him literally from the arms of his 10-year-old owner the dogs and shook him. >> he was screaming at the dogs to let him alone and let him go. the dogs were jumping on him biting him on the arms. they actually grabbed the puck be out of his arms. >> -- date grabbed the puppy out of his arms. >> the attacks did not stop until a neighbor hit the pit bulls. >> luckily, a week later he is feeling well. here are the culprits, a male

and female pit bull. animal control seized them saturday from someone described as a caretaker. that person was given six citations. the hunt for the actual owner continues today. the mother of the boy who was attacked plans to sue the owner. he hopes that people do not blame the breed. >> blame the owner. dogs are reflections of the owner. >> the owner of the little dog that was injured told me in a text messages the -- told me in a text message that the boy was going to be fine. the wounds were superficial. >> thank you. montgomery county police say the man killed this morning in a confrontation with police was carrying a handgun. officer's shots tracy woodfork
